She also has received recognition twice from the Joint Commission accrediting body of healthcare for developing an innovative pharmacy billing system and for the design format for healthcare policy and procedure manuals that included an employee

training tracking system. Sue has served as President for the Presque Isle Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals and volunteered her services to the website maintenance for the Flagship Niagara Historical Society.

In 2010 Sue worked with Mike Koenigs a three-time #1 bestselling author, filmmaker, speaker, and philanthropist who holds a patent in “Cross-Channel” Marketing Technology.  Sue conducted SEO research for Mike’s feature documentary, “Life With Tesla”. A documentary about living gas-free with an electric car charged by the Sun. Sue also worked with Chris Hendrickson, #1 bestselling author, trainer and financial coach who in 1989 teamed up with Tony Robbins-the world leader in self-improvement and personal coaching, empowering thousands of people to finally get out of debt and stay out of debt forever. Sue designed Chris’ blog and managed his online video marketing for his #1 best-seller, “The Five Minute Debt Solution.” Sue was trained and coached by Mike Koenigs and Rocket Helstrom, both co-founders of Traffic Geyser, a multi-channel marketing software platform, and received the honor of being one of the very first people certified in the Traffic Geyser System.

From 2008 to 2010, Sue worked with GlobalKids, Inc. and RezEd: The online hub promoting the use of virtual worlds in education, such as Second Life, as rich learning environments. Sue transcribed the monthly live streaming podcast interviews with community and world leaders. Sue holds certifications in Internet and social network marketing, virtual event business management, video production marketing, digital publishing, and online course creation.

Invited as quest speaker for the Mercyhurst University RN to BSN Bachelor program, Sue spoke on cloud computing and how healthcare professionals are able to implement technology into the workplace.

In 2013 Sue worked with the University's Director for the Masters program for Physician Assistants designing and implementing the program's systems for State Accreditation. Creating the process for securing contracts with health professionals across several states for clinical settings was a major project Sue put her heart and soul into to ensure the students were provided a smooth transition from classroom instruction in their first year of studies to hands on experience in real life situations within
physician offices, emergency care facilities, and hospitals during their second year of study. During the implementation phase Sue was the only administrative support for the Director, Associate Director, Clinical Director, and one Faculty member. After three years with the program, Sue left the program with several systems in place utilized by the now growing staff of three administrative assistants, the Director, Associate Director, two Clinical Directors, and several faculty. Sue gives her solo accomplishment to this program's growth due to her expert skills in system creation and continuing education in marketing and networking processes for today's technology user workforce.

In November 2017, Sue and her husband Gene, decided to travel the states full time in their travel trailer. Sue now consults with her clients from the road helping them achieve success by teaching them the systems that are right for their business.
