Full Time RVers and Campers Secret - Systems breed success

In my career as an administrative assistant, I needed to make sure the company ran smoothly. My secret was simple: Systems breed success.

The same applies to those of us whom are full time RVers and Campers running a business on the road. The secret to being really productive is having marketing, sales and administrative procedures in place. It all starts with having a deliberate marketing, lead-capture and follow-up system working smoothly for you from the very beginning.

Unless you live in a cave, you know that you must always be marketing simply because some clients won't pay or stay booked. You know that the time may come when you're on your last project with no one in the pipeline. Having a system in place will keep your pipeline full.

System A system is a set of interacting or interdependent component parts forming a complex/intricate whole. Every system is delineated by its spatial and temporal boundaries, surrounded and influenced by its environment, described by its structure and purpose and expressed in its functioning. en.wikipedia.org · Text under CC-BY-SA license Wikipedia

Why do we need Systems?
  • Simplify your life
  • Make things easier to automate
  • Saves you time and mental effort and gives you something you can repeat
  • Makes it easier to fix things when issues arise
  • Simplifies the hiring of new team members using documented systems
What Systems should we put in place:
  • Marketing
  • Client Management (CRM)
  • Billing
  • Communication/Collaboration
  • Content Creation
  • Product Creation
  • Time Management and Productivity (Calendar)
Putting all these systems into place takes time and you will constantly be changing how things are done as you discover new tools to use in your business. When I worked in the Associate in Nursing program at a local university it took me seven years to finalize the system that worked flawlessly. As of this post writing, that system is still being used, and even provided the opportunity for the current administrative assistant to receive an award for organizational skills.

Documenting your systems of what you do step by step is tedious but it must be done in order for your business to be successful. Think what if an emergency occurs and you become ill while on the road. You need to make sure that whomever you are traveling with, your virtual assistant, or even another team member, will be able to pick up your systems binder and run your business until you are back in good health. Having everything documented step by step will ensure that your income will continue. Get started right this minute documenting your systems and watch the successes come into your life!

Traffic Geyser System Certified Coaching

Traffic Geyser History

The Traffic Geyser Solution was originally created in response to the rapid growth and popularity of online video marketing. Traffic Geyser offered a user-friendly and innovative web marketing platform enabling businesses to create and mass distribute online videos, podcasts, blog posts and articles to many social media distribution points for the purpose of igniting website visibility, traffic and targeted search listings.

Entrepreneurs would purchase a membership in one of the Traffic Geyser Systems and feel absolutely over-whelmed with all of it. Sue Rogers knew the feeling. She was right where they where at in the beginning. The difference is that in the beginning, Mike Koenigs and Rocket Helmstrom was right there with her. According to Sue, "We were all figuring out the 'best practices' to make this system work. With the first group of certified people we all worked together sharing the problems members were having implementing the campaigns and receiving page 1 rankings on the search engines. As we coached the members and designed their campaigns, we knew what was working and what was not. All the information we brought back to Mike and Rocket helped them improve and grow the system."

While the Traffic Geyser Marketing System was extremely effective in generating traffic, leads and results, it required some time to set-up and implement on a consistent basis. Since  2010 Sue had learned the ins and outs of the Traffic Geyser Systems and coached her clients to reach the top as an expert in their niche in a time-efficient manner.

So what happened...
Traffic Geyser was acquired by the publicly-traded Pulse Network in October of 2014. Sue discontinued providing members coaching to the system in 2016. Does this mean all the education Sue received during those 6 years no longer apply to internet marketing? Not at all. Sue still uses all the knowledge she acquired during this time to help her clients learn how to market online through her coaching services. Sue also continues her education receiving certifications through marketing courses provided by experts in multi-channel marketing methods.
